I would like to place on record our thanks for your hard work in producing a truly wonderful kitchen for us, and hope that you are not only proud, but also as pleased as we are.

Although they say 'No Pain, No Gain', if there was pain along the way, the gain is quite remarkable. It is my hope that the quality of the cooking will everntually match up to what is clearly a masterpiece.
